Questions, answered
Everything agents usually ask before their first shoot.
How far in advance should I book?+
A week ahead is ideal, but we keep a couple of slots open for urgent listings. Every inquiry gets a reply within 24 hours — same-week shoots depend on availability, so message us and we'll try to make it work.
How long until I get my videos?+
Final videos are delivered within 3–5 business days of the shoot via a private link. Need it faster? Rush delivery (under 3 business days) is available for a +50% fee, and same-day edits are an add-on.
What if the weather turns on shoot day?+
Exterior and drone work gets rescheduled free of charge. If the interiors are ready, we can shoot those on the day and return for exteriors.
Do you handle the posting too?+
On Signature and above we deliver platform-ready exports with captions and cover images. Creator program members get full posting and channel management.
Are revisions included?+
Revisions are unlimited within reason — color tweaks, music swaps, clip trims, caption edits, reordering scenes, and text overlays are all included. Full re-edits, footage we didn't capture on shoot day, or a new concept after delivery are quoted as add-ons. Send all your notes in one message and each round turns around in 2–3 business days.
Who owns the footage?+
You get full usage rights for marketing the listing and your personal brand. Raw footage can be purchased as an add-on — and we never share your footage without written permission.
Where do you shoot?+
We're based in Atlanta and shoot nationwide — and we take on international projects too. Travel outside our home market adds a distance fee, and multi-property trips can share the cost across listings.
How do payments work?+
A 50% deposit confirms your booking — your date is held once it clears. The balance is due on filming day. Creator program tiers are billed monthly at the start of each cycle. A small per-booking fee keeps requests genuine and bot-free (waived during launch).
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?+
You can reschedule once, free of charge, with your deposit applied to the new date. Deposits become non-refundable if you cancel within 72 hours of the shoot.
