Booking & deposits

A booking is confirmed once the contract is signed and the 50% deposit is received — your date is not held until both are in. The remaining balance is due on filming day, before or immediately after the shoot; final videos are released once full payment is confirmed. Creator program tiers are billed monthly at the start of each cycle. A small non-refundable per-booking request fee and a one-time account activation fee may apply to keep requests genuine (both waived during launch).

Cancellation, rescheduling & weather

You may reschedule once at no charge, with your deposit applied to the new date. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 72 hours of the shoot. If weather ruins the exteriors or drone work, we come back for those shots free of charge.

Delivery & revisions

Final videos are delivered within 3–5 business days of the shoot via a private shared link. Rush turnarounds faster than 3 business days carry a +50% fee. Revisions are unlimited within reason — color adjustments, music swaps, clip trims, caption edits, reordering scenes, and text overlays are included; complete re-edits, footage not captured on shoot day, or a change of concept after delivery are quoted separately. Please consolidate each round of notes into a single message; rounds turn around in 2–3 business days.

Usage rights & confidentiality

You get full usage rights to market the listing and your personal brand across any platform. Raw footage stays with us unless purchased as an add-on, and is kept for a minimum of 60 days after delivery. We never share your footage without written permission, and we may feature the work in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.

On-site access

You're responsible for making sure we can access the property at the agreed time and that it's shoot-ready. Waiting time beyond 30 minutes may be billed or treated as a reschedule.

Liability

We carry our own equipment insurance and operate drones responsibly and legally. Our liability on any project is capped at the amount you paid for that project.
