When you book a shoot or contact us, we collect the basics we need to do the job: your name, phone number, email, and the property details you share with us. Nothing more is gathered behind the scenes.

How we use it

Your details are used to schedule shoots, deliver your media, send invoices, and keep you updated on your project. We may occasionally share updates about our services — you can opt out any time.

Footage & imagery

Photos and video we capture on a shoot may appear in our portfolio and social channels as examples of our work. If you'd prefer a listing stays private, tell us before the shoot and we'll keep it off the wall.

Who we share with

We don't sell your information. We only share it with the service providers that keep us running — such as payment processing and file delivery — and only as far as needed to serve you.

How long we keep it

Project files and contact details are kept for as long as we work together, plus a reasonable archive period so we can re-deliver footage if you lose it. Ask us to delete your data and we will.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll sort it out — no forms, no runaround.
